Test of KX LTZ1000 #2 (TSR:12K/1K) reference, various box temperatures, battery powered. Readings 3458A@NPLC200

Retry test. Changed 10K resistor and changed bodge wires to copper. Added foam box around LTZ.

Original TC was +0.74ppm/K. Original datalog is here.
New TC is ??? ppm/K.

* RPI accesses DMMs via GPIB and reads data.
* Data is formatted by python script into DSV string and written/append to file on FTP
* DSV-file is visible publicly on https://xdevs.com/datashort/
* Page http://xdevs.com/datalog_mm/ runs D3.js javascript library to read DSV file test.log to input data
* D3.js plots SVG graph online :)
