Thanks to support from MM, finally had a chance to debug and test HPAK 82357B GPIB adapter with linux-gpib.
Updated guide and test results are available for you now, with all steps involved to get it all working.
Used older Raspberry Pi 1 (512MB) with 3.18.0-trunk-rpi kernel (Debian) and Agilent E3649A bench power supply for test.
