XMOS XS2L200 ASIC from 2014
It’s pretty dense with fine features so we can’t see much of the stuff at low optical magnification here.

Top surface is covered with protective polyimide layer, so very little we can see here too.
Small web-camera sensor chip
Marked as NC496 this is compact low resolution sensor. It’s much easier to photograph thanks to easy to remove glass window on ceramic package.
We can see some cool colored masks and resistors around pads. This chip is old Intel CS430 webcam with 640×480 resolution, manufactured around 2000-2001 year.

I’ve sanded die surface with 800 grit sandpaper to get protective layers and contact pads out of the way.
x500 magnification image shows some squares on inner layers of silicon.
Analog Devices AD7705 IC
AD7705 is low-voltage low-power 16-bit Sigma-Delta ADC with two fully differential inputs. It has a programmable gain block, signal buffer and serial interface for communication with host system.

APEX PA07 high power amplifier
This PA07 operational amplifier in TO-3 package has FET input and rated for supply voltages ±50 V and currents ±5 A, while keeping bias current under 50 pA and input capacitance 4 pF.
Opamp built with rather simple transistor and diode blocks with some passives embedded on BeO substrate and few 0606 sized capacitors.
Some film resistors are laser trimmed to precise values.
Input FETs are located on same die with seven process layers. Marking LS and 840 kinda suggests that it might be a Linear Systems LS840 dual JFET.
